Aerospace Mechanical Engineer

I'm a mechanical engineer working in the aerospace industry, and I run Pierce Design Labs alongside that work — designing, prototyping, and manufacturing parts, fixtures, and electro-mechanical machines for clients who need to go from an idea to working hardware.

I handle each project end to end: concept and CAD, design-for-manufacture review, functional prototyping, and small-batch to production manufacturing. That means you're working with one person who understands the whole process, rather than handing a project off between vendors at every stage.

I bring the same rigor I apply to aerospace hardware — tight tolerances, careful design review, attention to how a part actually gets made — to projects that don't need an aerospace budget or timeline. Whether you're starting from a rough idea or a finished engineering drawing, I'll help you figure out the right path from there to a finished part.
